Consult on an as-required basis writing technical proposals for industrial wastewater treatment and dewatering opportunities for groundwater infiltration at construction sites in the Lower Mainland. This included drafted the winning quote for stormwater run-off control solution during upgrade construction at a major pipeline terminal in 2019. Duties included:
⦁ Creating project files
⦁ Creating requisitions for required materials
⦁ Creating and assembling job safety assessments (JSAs), emergency response plans, site safety plan and FLHAs into Project Health & Safety field binders.
⦁ Revising and updating operations manual and developing operator competency tests for containerized filtration units used for treating high turbidity run-off water
⦁ Developing project plans (D&A testing protocols, environmental plan, and quality plan)
⦁ Coordinating movement of assets to site
⦁ Providing backfill operator coverage during the holiday season at end of 2019.
Completed client-facing project manager reports for a sludge press operation at an oil & gas site in northern Alberta detailing volume processed, staffing, operational and maintenance activities.
Created project folders and developed procurement plan for a dredge operation for the LNG project in the Kitimat harbour. Sludge presses were utilized to dewater collected contaminated and non-contaminated sediments at the site of the future facility to provide the required physical space and marine access for construction of the new terminal. Developed load lists for equipment and assets, HSE plans, and emergency response plans (ERPs).
