To be Kenya’s leading change agent, ensuring every household has clean water, improved sanitation, and better hygiene.
Tigal Water Splash promotes the “harambee” spirit by mobilizing communities for sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions.
We promise to tirelessly work towards a Kenya where every community has access to clean water and sanitation.

Tigal Water Splash is dedicated to creating a healthier, sustainable future for Kenya. Operating in Kuresoi sub-counties, Nakuru County, and Sotik sub-county, Bomet County, our initiatives focus on environmental conservation and health improvement, particularly through water infrastructure rehabilitation and support for girls’ education.
Tigal Water Splash has successfully protected 20 springs in Kuresoi and over 25 in Sotik, enhancing water quality and availability for local communities. Each protected spring serves approximately 20 families, promoting environmental sustainability and community health.

Collaborating with partners like Osiligi Charity, Tigal Water Splash has repaired 48 wells, ensuring reliable access to clean water for schools serving approximately30,000 children. We prioritize modern, sustainable solutions such as solar-powered systems to overhaul outdated infrastructure and improve water access

From October to December 2021, Tigal Water Splash surveyed 148 hand pumps, categorizing repairs into five levels based on complexity and cost of materials. These efforts ensure efficient maintenance and functionality of vital water sources, critical for community health and education.

Tigal Water Splash visits schools regularly to monitor repaired hand pumps, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of clean water on education and community health. These visits reinforce our commitment to sustainable water management and community empowerment.

In October 2023, Tigal Water Splash installed a direct water line from a community borehole to Churo Girls in Baringo County, eliminating the need for students to fetch water from distant sources. This project exemplifies our dedication to practical, impactful solutions in partnership with local communities.

Kaplamboi Primary School Located in Nakuru County, Tigal Water Splash successfully repaired a long-unused hand pump at Kaplamboi Primary School in July 2022. This initiative involved replacing critical components and ensuring the well’s cleanliness, restoring access to clean water for the school community.

Tigal Water Splash operates with the commitment of 5 volunteers and 4 support staff, supported by partnerships with organizations like Osiligi Charity and ongoing collaborations with local government bodies and community leaders.
“Together, we create a healthier, sustainable future for Africa.”

Join Tigal Water Splash in creating sustainable change and ensuring every Kenyan community has access to clean water, improved sanitation, and better hygiene practices.
