• Heat tracing, lighting, panels

HVACR Preventive Maintenance:

• Gas furnaces, AC units, refrigeration units, coolers, PTACs, make-up air units, and ice machines

Plumbing Preventive Maintenance:

• Water pumps, lift station pumps, bathroom plumbing fixtures

Minor Projects Completed

Executed washroom renovations, copper line replacements, and carpentry for kitchen steam line installations. Managed the demobilization of the expansion camp with comprehensive utility disconnection and site cleanup. Renovated lunchrooms including reconfiguration for improved utility and aesthetics.
