Deputy project manager at Moose Jaw NATO Flight Training Center responsible as point-of-contact and accountable to client for performance of work for 38 union staff maintaining airfield runways, site and access roads, grounds, site buildings and providing a fire/crash rescue and emergency spill response capability. Developed safe work procedures and expanded Health & Safety manual through addition of SOPs.
