Mohsen has a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of British Columbia, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Simon Fraser University, and a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran. He provides conceptual design and equipment sizing services to develop cost estimates and conduct trade-off studies, supporting decision-making for process engineers and program managers. He also prepares realistic cost estimates for the bidding process and supports the technical portion of the bid evaluation process.
